The building, which has four appartments, faces a small passage in Hospitalet and revitalizes an old courtyard between two opposing buildings.
This space is utilized to create an interior garden that provides privacy between the façades and brings light to the interiors.
The street-facing façade features a large opening that houses all the wooden slatted shutters. Through their movement, the shutters can draw and undraw, offering protection from the sun and views while giving the building its unique identity.
