El Camí de la Salut parcial plan

Using the same section for all the building's development but making it complex so that it can adapt to the different contexts of the environment whilst it articulates housing, public spaces and infrastructures is the balanced approach of this project in order to benefit from the best qualities of the site.

This partial plan has the challenge of a difficult plot to work with. Two high tension electrical power lines cross the site, the geological components require very specific solutions and the road budget is very high. That's why making a building designed in a horseshoe shape along the valley minimizes its costs and maximizes the sun reach and views for each apartment.
