This General Plan Modification has the objective of arranging the public spaces of Olesa de Montserrat defined in the Cal Candi Parcial Plan.
A new park is introduced in the center to allow the fulfillment of an accord settled between the council and a private owner.
An increase of Official Protection housing is incorporated.
The Oromir river and river bed is recognized as a green space.
