PE Camping “Terra Alta”

The Special Plan regulates the camping use of non-developable soil, granting the proper maintenance of the ecological, environmental and heritage values of Bot.

The implementation of the campsite obeys the basic rules of local rural culture: implementation at different topographical levels, according to the natural slope of the field. The cross section that results from this implementation offers the camping a series of advantages:
- It allows every camping spot to have panoramic views of the landscape.
- It grants privacy among the plots.
- It reduces the amount of changes needed to adapt the natural environment to its new
use.
- It controls the presence of the caravans in the environment with their proper integration.

Some extra criteria are established for the implementation of bungalows, mobile-homes and facilities, that will be essencial for water treatment and toilet functioning.
