PE Horse residence Can Messeguer

The special plan is developed with the following objectives:

-Urbanistically regulate the horse mounting activities and makes them compatible with Can Messeguer's rural house current activities.
-Highlight the existing buildings and allow the maintenance of the existing agricultural activities.
-Guarantee the optimal waste treatment for both the horse mounting and the agricultural activities.
-Promote educational and recreative ambiences in the protected spaces in order to integrate them and make them compatible with the preservation of the natural heritage regulations of Collserola's park.
-Recover the traditional agriculture use of these plots as a structural element of the park.
