Puntual Modification of PGM C-74, Basic Road Net. El Papiol

The General Plan modification document introduces an improvement in the connection net existing in the interior of the town as well as an improvement of the exterior communications with other towns. This is done with the integration of a new exterior road that circles the town and connects it to Collserola's park, which also sets a new limit for urban growth.

The perimetral road is connected to the existing inner net which allows it to help solve the topographic inconvenience that is having your town center on top of a hill. As the road leaves the town and goes towards Collserola's park, it changes its characteristics to adapt to the more natural environment it finds itself in. In the space found between the new exterior road and the existing one, new plots are distributed in order to organize the town's growth.
