Eight houses in Sant Climent

The building plays with the concept of single family and multi family housing. It allows to access each house individually through the street whilst it articulates itself in the interior as a multi family housing building that shares entrances through the parking space and the storage communitary area.

The facade works as a filter for each house, privatizing their garden and unifying the image of the whole building.
